Born in the Dominican Republic, Josue Torres's parents brought him to the United States where they lived in Queens, NY for the first few years of his childhood. They then moved to Reading, PA where Josue spent his entire youth and received an outstanding education in economics and finance from Millersville University and credit counseling from the NACCC.
